We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee — meaning you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@jebman.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label (U.S. customers only) and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
International customers (outside the United States) must arrange and pay for their own return shipping.
If you request a return while the item is still in transit, we’ll evaluate your case and issue a refund once final shipping updates are available.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect item, or if there is a sizing issue, contact us within 14 days of receiving it so we can resolve the issue. Claims made after this window may not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend returning your current item first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the product you want.
Refunds
